This class is for anyone who wants to learn the basics and progress from there. A beginner workout not only builds a strong foundation from which to grow, but it immediately builds strength and self-awareness.

Pilates exercises can be broken down or modified to meet you at any stage of your life. A consistent practice supports and enhances your lifestyle by allowing you to move with ease, vigour and renewed vitality.


Intermediate Pilates
This class is for people with a good base level of strength and fitness, aimed to challenge your whole body using our body weight and small Pilates equipment.

This class will improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and tone your entire body. You will enjoy a progressive programme, designed for you to improve each week and together we will work towards your goals and optimum health.
1 to 1 Pilates
For injury recovery or just to have close supervision. Available online from the comfort of your own home, or in person. You may be aiming for masterful, confident movement, be an elite athlete seeking optimum performance or be post-surgery and wish for the freedom of pain-free movement. I design individual 1 to 1 programmes to suit all of your needs and expectations and evolve these programmes as you progress. You will use a mat and equipment while focusing on your specific fitness or rehabilitation goals. These sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes and can help so many people who want to gain more confidence or progress quicker with their Pilates journey.


Pilates for Sports
Rotational sports are dynamic, fast-paced and often involve rapid changes in direction. Dysfunction can lead to altered biomechanics and potential injury. Good technique, regardless of the skill, originates from having a solid foundation of strength and stability.

Sports often involve some form of sprinting, lateral stepping, and / or twisting, placing unique demands on the body.

What is APPI Pilates?
APPI - the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute was established by two Australian Physiotherapists, who developed the unique APPI Pilates method which is now taught in 30 countries worldwide. The APPI method is now firmly established as a world leader in Pilates training and an efficient and effective method of exercise rehabilitation in the healthcare sector. APPI Pilates is built on degree-level understanding of movement, anatomy and physiology.

APPI Pilates is designed to promote core stability, flexibility, endurance, postural and body awareness and to correct muscle imbalances. APPI Pilates exercises are suitable for all abilities. There are 4 to 6 levels of difficulty for each classic Pilates exercise which allows for a more advanced fitness-building and body-shaping, progressive programme, where results are optimised.
